HOW WE HELP
A clear, professional process from first review to final submission.
01.
Not sure when your Corporate Tax Return is actually due?
02.
We assess your accounting records and the relevant financial information.
03.
We prepare the Corporate Tax Return based on the information and documentation provided.
04.
We complete the required checks and assist with submission through the applicable FTA / EmaraTax process.
UNDERSTAND YOUR OBLIGATION
Corporate Tax obligations depend on your status and circumstances. It’s important to understand the difference between three separate things:
01.
Obtaining a Corporate Tax registration with the FTA where required.
02.
Submitting a Corporate Tax Return for the relevant Tax Period.
03.
Any Corporate Tax actually payable, which depends on your situation.
Persons that may need to consider a filing obligation include UAE companies, UAE businesses, certain free zone businesses, individuals conducting business activities where applicable, and other taxable persons required to file. Being registered does not automatically mean tax is payable — but a return may still be required. We’ll assess your specific position.

Questions
Generally, a Corporate Tax Return must be submitted and any Corporate Tax due settled within 9 months from the end of the relevant Tax Period. For a financial year ending 31 December 2025, that means a 30 September 2026 deadline. We’ll confirm the date for your specific Tax Period.
Filing obligations depend on your status and circumstances. Many taxable persons are required to file a return even if no tax is ultimately payable. We’ll assess whether a filing obligation applies to you.
Free zone businesses should not assume automatic exemption. They should assess their Corporate Tax position and the applicable conditions — a return may still be required. We can help you check your position.
Late filing or payment can result in administrative penalties. As a general reference, this can be AED 500 per month (or part thereof) for the first 12 months, rising to AED 1,000 per month afterwards. Exact consequences depend on the current rules and your circumstances.
